The therapeutic models I use in my practice are not limited to but include: Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy. I am often eclectic and integrative within different psychological theories that best meet the needs of my various clients.
